This project included the construction of a new front entrance, alongside the cladding of an existing two-storey extension with vertical composite cladding. Additionally, a pitched roof was formed above the original extension, and a rear extension was designed to create a spacious new primary bedroom for the detached dwelling. To enhance the overall living experience, further internal alterations were implemented, specifically aimed at improving the natural light throughout the property. The project was managed from the initial measured survey of the property, navigating through the planning and building regulations stages, while providing dedicated assistance to both the client and the appointed contractor during the construction phase.
